The role – Sales Agent 

We are now looking for a sales agent that has the experience and ability to further lead and grow Graniten in the European marketplace, reporting to the Sales Director.

Background & skills 

This role demands great skills and experience of senior leadership in sales and customer management. We believe you get energy from working in an international environment, closely with customers as well as internal stakeholders to find the best customer solutions. You need to feel comfortable in driving the business development to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction on a long-term approach, and of course, continue our 30 years of success in create value for our customers. 


Executive responsibility for a targeted regional market in Europe. Germany, Italy and France are of main interest at this stage. Sales development in line of short and long-term growth objectives. Support the support team with developing solutions for customer needs. Ensure that Graniten values are recognized and taken as a foundation for decision making in day-to-day business.

Personal qualifications 

  • Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience within Sales management preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. 
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve business goals. 
  • Effective leadership and growth mentality. 
  • High degree of business acumen skills. 
  • High degree of communication and presentation skills with ability to influence key stakeholders, internally and externally. English fluently required. 
  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team
